...nal life, EVERYTHING. so later on CEO can use it like a weapon to humiliate you. When I joined there was no HR policy, they used to give salary in cash and HR used to send emails to employees for salary. HR policy can change anytime and they will FORCE you to give your Acknowledgment on it. No salary slips no PF no other benefits. They kept on telling people they will give Incentives on the sales done by BDE but never received. There is 10% Deduction on your Salary every month, in terms of Security amount, for what god only knows. they will keep it even when you are leaving the company, and these clauses are nowhere mentioned in offer letter. Everything is verbal here. No FnF policy even when the employee is serving the notice period. they will cut the security amount, so more you work in this place, more you lose money, rather than making it. Here it is expected to work after shift, they kind of enjoy it, and treat you like this. They will insist to do it if you do not obey. they will keep torturing you in other things for that. 6 days are working, and the CEO will expect you to work on Sundays as well. Yes, he directly gets involved in everything, there is no procedures or positions. If you are educated, coming from a good environment, and willing to grow, this place is a big NO. So If you ever come across a Job at eVitalRx, Run the other way. It is not worth to sacrifice so much for a paycheck.

Saturday is working The CEO will be involved in small matters because he doesn't know what is actual CEO work,Even he don't believe in his CTO. Wrost Ever HR policy, they don't have any real HR. upper management handling everything, and also the CEO does HR work also. Like one of the worst rules is you have to submit your mobile at HR desk. All the upper management don't know hpw to run IT tech company or not worked on any good company that's why they all trying to make HR policies stricter day by day. they want Majdoor, not an intelligent employee.

They were very passionate about asking me money after my interview went well as security deposits. 2 cheques of 25000 each, for security deposits incase I leave the company. Thanks to CTO Chintan Patel, HR Annapurna and TL Jignesh Parmar

Took a technical interview+reasoning ability round, then assessment round, i mean if you are charging money for candidature then why are you taking interviews?
