It's nice place to work with open minded people. Understanding of needs and allow time to settle up things are the positive thing I found here- work life balance.

Dislikes

There is no seperate cabins to work independently. Cabins are available but for meetings and discussion.

I joined EA because they were assisting the central and state ministries in running a large-scale national deworming program.

Dislikes

The top management was abusive, followed unethical practices and was always disrespectful to their juniors. The country director would chuck people out of jobs in mins (literally!). Most of them were on some anger trip, justifying their actions and gaslighting all the time. I have seen many people being asked to leave in mins and they were handed cheques before the EoD. And, they would threaten you if you tell them that they are not following policies written in the employment letter. I have seen the best talent leave this org and how! Besides, the work was average, and could be more efficient with systems and structures.

I found it best to work with Evidence Action from all three departments health education department icds department and reporting school and anganwadi

Dislikes

Evidence Action work is done in a good manner we also work hard towards the work but we do not get the results of our hard work because it is only for two months is very disappointing

What i loved about working with Evidence Action was the experience i had at the organisation, the work life balance, and i learned a lot form the team i was working with.

Dislikes

I did not like the Job security status working with Evidence Action.

Likes

State team is good but there is no training or skill development program for regional coordinators.

Dislikes

There is no growth for regional coordinator. Organization never conducted skill development program or training.
