Atos was Good previously, after acquiring Syntel, then the fall of Atos has started, worst policies of Syntel not employee friendly, this will be the worst decision that Atos had made Acquiring Syntel. 90% Managers are dumb they have any knowledge on new technologies and they even don't let other to grow as people may become competition to them. They can't survive in outside world other than this Syntel Company so called Atos Syntel.

Syntel Policies and Syntel business model is the worst thing, variable pay and hikes are worst , it's a very bad decision for Atos acquiring Syntel. Lots of internal politics, they will demotivate employees, not worth at all.

For IT guys in few project there might be growth including on-site opportunities.

Dislikes

Not a pay master, no job security, no proper employee friendly policies. Leave - Sandwich Policy Early release or termination - no pay will be given. Transport - available but terrible Lack of professionalism and ethics

Firstly, there are noticeable salary disparities where individuals who excel in internal communication are often rewarded more than those directly contributing to client projects and revenue generation. This can be demotivating for employees who play a crucial role in our business success. Additionally, the lack of support from senior staff towards new joiners and freshers is concerning. Effective mentorship and guidance are essential for the growth and integration of new employees, and the current lack of responsiveness from seniors hinders this process. Addressing these issues by aligning compensation with actual contributions and improving senior staff's engagement with new employees would foster a more supportive and equitable work environment.

Typical managers with false promises. (Tejas Bhakai) I have seen first company where if you get promoted your salary will remain same 😂 HR is pathetic they don’t know when did you putted down the papers. Even when you drop and email and system everywhere. No work life balance - you have to work 24*7 (Whatever client is saying these guys are doing attending calls at midnight 12am because client asked this for complete team) frequently
