This can be demotivating for employees who play a crucial role in our business success. Additionally, the lack of support from senior staff towards new joiners and freshers is concerning. Effective mentorship and guidance are essential for the growth and integration of new employees, and the current lack of responsiveness from seniors hinders this process.
