For IT guys in few project there might be growth including on-site opportunities.

Dislikes

Not a pay master, no job security, no proper employee friendly policies. Leave - Sandwich Policy Early release or termination - no pay will be given. Transport - available but terrible Lack of professionalism and ethics

...nd the entire management is all run haphazardly and new ideas are never welcome. Expect 3 5 % annual hikes on whatever your current salary is.. low or high.. overall i am never working here again.

This can be demotivating for employees who play a crucial role in our business success. Additionally, the lack of support from senior staff towards new joiners and freshers is concerning. Effective mentorship and guidance are essential for the growth and integration of new employees, and the current lack of responsiveness from seniors hinders this process. Addressing these issues by aligning compensation with actual contributions and improving senior staff's engagement with new employees would foster a more supportive and equitable work environment.

Typical managers with false promises. (Tejas Bhakai) I have seen first company where if you get promoted your salary will remain same 😂 HR is pathetic they don’t know when did you putted down the papers. Even when you drop and email and system everywhere. No work life balance - you have to work 24*7 (Whatever client is saying these guys are doing attending calls at midnight 12am because client asked this for complete team) frequently
