Its my first job working with atos like working with familiar ones like good team work and supportive seniors

Except all we are not getting back what we have given to the company in terms of salary and pramotion

Atos is the best opportunity for the fresher who just got their degree. It is the great platform to explore and enhance knowledge, skills. Working in organization where fresher or degree candidate can masters the skills by taking proper relevant trainings, guidance from leaders. Also the hybrid model gives you the chance to work from remote locations.

Dislikes

The only thing I dislike most about the Atos is - Pay structure.

I have worked almost 5 years there without increment and no promotion. If you put down your papers you will get hike otherwise nothing is going to happen

Typical managers with false promises. (Tejas Bhakai) I have seen first company where if you get promoted your salary will remain same 😂 HR is pathetic they don’t know when did you putted down the papers. Even when you drop and email and system everywhere. No work life balance - you have to work 24*7 (Whatever client is saying these guys are doing attending calls at midnight 12am because client asked this for complete team) frequently

...lly make bad strategic decisions The company is under Cash Crunch No appraisals. Deductions in Variable Pay outs. Average raise( if rolled out) will be between 6 to 8% No new projects/ accounts. Company will have to take minimum 5 years to achieve break even from the debt

Well organization.. well work culture.. good salary Hike.. no pressure for work.. just do hardwork and give successful results.. atos /eviden will appreciate you.

Right now nothing. Just office politics are every where so I don't want to put it on dislike of eviden.
