Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The organization is excellent in work culture with ethical values. An honest and ethical person will like to work in this organization with self-improvement and overall growth. Eversafe is a well-known brand in the Fire Industries in India. There is freedom for a talented person in the work.

Dislikes

In the past, a few misjudged people were appointed who were unethical and cheaters. And due to this, the organization suffered a lot. Good that such elements are no more with this organization. Next time we shall find only ethical and talented people.

The owner is a fraud... He fools clients as well as his employees.

Dislikes

They do fraud with material quality and fool the clients by supplying cheap quality material. Also they make fraud with their own employees who work for them. They are very unethical people. The manager( don't deserve to be one) is so poor with his technical as well as communication skills.
