I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. The company is open to innovation and adopt technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that market reliable.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. sometimes, i have to work 10 -11 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night. Manager do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestion most of the time . Alao ,there is no on - job training for fresher, hance senior folks like me have to gide them step- by -step, wich is a pain sometimes.
