Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. sometimes, i have to work 10 -11 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night. Manager do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestion most of the time . Alao ,there is no on - job training for fresher, hance senior folks like me have to gide them step- by -step, wich is a pain sometimes.
