Overall the experience wasn't good. Didn't understood how i spend my 6 years there. Bad management. NO work environment. NO carrer Growth & Oppurtunities.

Its been almost 7yrs that i have been with Everest and learned alot. The free hand to take the decisions and its policies for the employees is the plus point according to me.

I never come around to any point to dislike anything about Everest but company have to look forward for new projects instead of sticking on old ones.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
