Good Salary for the quantity and quality of work expectation

Dislikes

Learnings are few and not valued outside. Most attrition is forced through pip. Management doesn't know leading yet. 12 hours per day is almost guaranteed. Vague work expectations.

Good pay, some people from good MBA colleges are able to maintain some aspects of the culture, hybrid model

Dislikes

Hires people from tier-1 MBAs along with BBAs from DU (due to alums at high positions) and putting them at the same position within a year. No work life balance No transparency below PD in terms of appraisals

The sheer amount of trust and ownership given to every individual is a great motivator to do our absolute best. The team and the leaders have created a positive culture.

The compensation structure and policy could definitely improve.

Nothing. The management will keep bumping their chests and boast about the great company culture, but there are many firms out there with good company culture and after a few days you will realise, the company culture is as bad as it gets.

Dislikes

Low compensation. Hike is too bad. They promise 15-30% but give less than 10% Promotion depends on how good can you get on with partners and do their bidding rather than work Bad work. Only making ppts, copy pasting from Google, sharing information under NDA to other companies (basically selling out data unethically) For MBA graduates from good colleges- please skip this company No value add work and no exit options if one remains here for 2-3 years

...times or project timelines on you aggressively as long as you get the work done. The compensation is better than the peers in the research area

Dislikes

The skill development is a joke. They hire people from the best institutes only for them to work on trivial excel and powerpoint reports without any significant learning. Stay here 2 years and you might not find a job elsewhere.
