Dislikes

Too much of politics in everything, the favourites can survive here while all others are on their way out. HR is a joke here and the mother company interferes in everything and anything. No regard to rules and regulations while constructing plants across the countryside.

a. Timely credit of Salary Other than that there is huge list of dislikes

Dislikes

a. HR are dumb they keep in negotiating if your cv is selected from random source while they are biased if any cv is received from internal sources of higher authority. b. Staff are incompetent as majority have joined through sources c. People joined in HO get more preferance that those working on field d. HR try to hide the benefits of policies from newly joined people as in the shifting allowance isn't given to all at the time of joining. e. Very much mess in finance department, don't expect any leaves or holidays even on weekends as they would keep you busy with all pending works
