There Is No New Updatetion, Lots Of Paper Work, Some Time BM Language is Very Rush No Limit Like We Are Nothing For Him, Just Do Or Die, I Am Working in This Company last 5 years But No growth And Very Slow Growing, Also No Reputation

...e good, they were supportive at every stage from training to handling territory. Salary was also good at start but expenses were short. As it's a sales job so work-life balance were not as I had expected. Overall it's was excellent working with Eveready Ind India Ltd.

...nvironment is fantastic... sales office can take decisions regading claims.... Salary is good but not better than top most companies...... Brand value ie very good...it is almost 116 year old company..... Highly Respected brand in indian market....

As other brands are launching new products this company is sticking to battery and flashlights... New products should be launched as soon as possible..... Salary should be increased time to time..

Compensation, carrier growth and opportunity are poorest in comparison to other fmcg companies. Training and development is good work environment is also good but there is no time for family life. One have to forget about social life.

I totaly dislike salary. There is no career growth and also no time for family.

Good working culture, teammates are superb and the management is supportive. Bonus and salary hike which u will find every year.

Career growth is really slow and appraisals u would receive is very rare.
