It is a fast growing startup with a small team so the learning experience is enormously great. There isn't any micromanagement of sorts, the culture is such that the team members are expected to take ownership of their activities

The leave policy could have been better. The total number of leaves in an year are very less The current policy is to work from office. I feel that a hybrid model with a few days of remote work a week would've been better

Flexibility, opportunity to learn new things, Great team and environment to work with. Will have great exposure to learn new things when dealing with client directly. Good exposure to new technologies as and when required. Work from home opportunity if needed

Sometimes we need to handle client call out of the office hours as our clients are from the different time zones

Sometimes, we need to work on US timings as most of our clients from US but company provides you compensations.

CEO who listens to employees' ideas and implements them or suggests what can be done better. HR who supports. Coworkers(seniors) help us to be better and guide us through the process

Till now they are no dislikes about the company, it's a wonderful place for freshers

I am enjoying here myself with the work, learning new skills day by day, supportive management, and being employee-friendly, I am totally satisfied with this company.

Little bit upset with old code, if it's changed it would be very good.
