Like the management system and work culture. Scope of learning is good based on different projects. I worked in statistics team and my first team lead was so good that I learnt so many things from him.

Dislikes

Very less salary and perks of promotion is very poor. Also worked with another team lead who didn't have professionalism. Behaviour was so bad. Always try to put a pressure on you irrespective of how much effort you put on the work. She doesn't have anyone in her team right now. Also there's a big question of job security.

...ve great company policies such as maternity policy to empower female employees. salary is always on time and extra working days are also paid.

Dislikes

Nothing much to dislike, But yes there is high work pressure which disturbs work-life balance. The questions are as per US universities curriculum and high daily targets forces one to work beyond shift hours.

Likes

The work culture is very good. The seniors share a young and positive energy. I liked to work from office more than work from home because of the liveliness of the place. There is no unnecessary pressure on the employees. One will feel as if he/she is still in his/her college days with no such obligation to wear formal clothes.

Dislikes

Salary differences even for the same post can make you feel a bit agitated. For that one need to have good negotiation power.

Good Environment for learning . Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policy are good.

I like all person of evelyn except one team leader which is very churan Salary is decent but career growth is slow

A person can work for 2-3 months comfortably but avoid working more than that. Salary was on time

Dislikes

There is no growth whatsoever, work life balance is terrible. A lot depends upon who is your team lead and what is his behavior with the team. No incentives and increments.
