Pathetic work culture! 3 months of notice period and the Appraisal cycle is Jan - Dec but they won't tell your rating until March! And even if work for the entire year if you resign during Jan to March, you won't get any appraisals for Jan - Dec! Not employee friendly infact it is employee exploiting policies!

...eliver all of them by evening They are facing high attrition rate due to salary Also company is facing impact of recession, so there is very less scope of salary hike this year too

Variable pay is very less, fast paced, keep you on toes, hectic working hours but depends projects, average salary

...o option for buy out notice period.. Increment will be only or less than 5 %.. No transport, no proper training,no food, insurance amount they will deduct from your salary..etc
