Management is arrogant, retention rate is very less, many key people from the team has left due to this arrogant behaviour of management.

Good Working ambience. Teammates are extremely helpful and management is transparent.

Variable pay is very less, fast paced, keep you on toes, hectic working hours but depends projects, average salary

The company has very good training programs in place. This are just a gimmick, they will make you create financial models from scratch give you live projects for two months so that you get in to a trap with no option of going back.

... dont want to do this, you can search for options outside and put your papers. We will pay you 90 days salary. GAME OVER!! Dont fall prey to this cheap tactics, which the company has adopted recently. Not a single word mentioned above is a lie. People with 5-6 years experience are trapped. There are no perks the company charges you for everything including parking even. Only tea, coffee, water is free. You pay for your insurance also from your salary :D :D Don't sell your dreams and careers to this gimmick!!

...onotonous work . People in IP are struck with patent searches and landscapes. 2. Horrible pay structure. Far below industry standards. Also, yearly appraisal is too low. 3. No structured training program both for technical and professional. 4.Too many slabs in terms of promotion

...k (except few verticals) 6) Some managers/leaders are low on Emotional Quotient. 7) Cafeteria food is below average 8) No cab facilities (except for women in dark hours) 9) Not so professional culture (chill environment comes at the cost of professionalism) 10) No free parking spot for employees (Need to pay 1200 bucks to reserve a spot on a monthly basis)
