Compensation is below par in some areas. Sometimes there are uncertainties with projects, which can lead you to be moved around to different teams which badly impacts year end performance reviews,

Skills and development, got a lot of courses. That is actually industry specific! Also the pay is as per the norms

Pathetic work culture! 3 months of notice period and the Appraisal cycle is Jan - Dec but they won't tell your rating until March! And even if work for the entire year if you resign during Jan to March, you won't get any appraisals for Jan - Dec! Not employee friendly infact it is employee exploiting policies!

They offer good compensation but all other things are terrible, no work life balance, you'll have to work for 11-12 hours, still your seniors will exploits you in the every way possible.

CAPS-07, this is the worst and pathetic department, don't ever think to join this company, if you're getting this department.

The company works on the principal of mind+machine and is open to innovation. I love the fact that my works is given high credibility upon which we get a chance to perform much better and seek for growth opportunities. Colleagues are quite supporting and we work happily in collaboration. I like the employer re-hire policy.

Compensation is decent but the increment is quite low, and the pressure at times is too much.

There is not much to like If you are lucky your work life balance will be good If you get in a good team with a variety of work you might learn as well

HR is in management's pocket Appraisals are pathetic even when you get promoted Parties are also very rare Cost cutting in everything All senior people are incompetent and are left in the company because they could not go anywhere else
