There’s little to no growth here, either in terms of skills or salary. Many managers have been around for years, not because of strong leadership, but because their outdated skill sets make it difficult for them to move elsewhere

1) Work-life balance 2) No Micro-management 3) Chill Environment + Indoor sports 4) No restrictions on breaks 5) Manageable workload 6) Job Security + Rewards & Recognitions 7) 3 Days Work from Home 8) University Programs for Skill Development 9) Good Leave policy (40 inclusive of Holidays) 10) Client and Office parties (Annual client parties, festivals celebrations, team lunches, etc.)

Dislikes

...k (except few verticals) 6) Some managers/leaders are low on Emotional Quotient. 7) Cafeteria food is below average 8) No cab facilities (except for women in dark hours) 9) Not so professional culture (chill environment comes at the cost of professionalism) 10) No free parking spot for employees (Need to pay 1200 bucks to reserve a spot on a monthly basis)

Job security, initial salary hike when we join the firm and moderate work balance

Promotions are too much delayed and are biased also sometimes. Some gets in 2 years and others takes more than 3 or 4, but the standard rules says that you should complete atleast 3 years for promotion but that doesn't happen. Very very very pooor.... momentary hikes. Average is 4-5% doesn't matter how good u perform

There is not much to like If you are lucky your work life balance will be good If you get in a good team with a variety of work you might learn as well

HR is in management's pocket Appraisals are pathetic even when you get promoted Parties are also very rare Cost cutting in everything All senior people are incompetent and are left in the company because they could not go anywhere else

Here i am talking about ITC department,Very very poor management, Strict hybrid policies for only those employees who don’t have good connections to manager and vice president.for some employee they break this rule and gave permanent work from home .Manager doesn’t follow the hybrid policies even pmo team members also don’t follow them those who send the mail to follow the hybrid policies …Only values for old employees even new employee work hard and gave full contribution on project . Very less appraisal even you have done very good work throughout the year.
