    GF salary Vs. My salary
    Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

    ...in. Evalueseve is a long runner and leader in the domain as it value innovation. Salary hikes are decent enough. Talent is well recognized. Politics is not that evident however it depends from team to team. It provides work from home facility that run smooth of you are a dedicated employee. I highly recommend Evalueserve as one will get fair opportunities to grow and learn, for sure at initial levels.

    Like any other company opportunities shrinks as you grow up the ladder, however job security is not an issue. Upper management could perform better when it comes to acknowledging senior folks hardwork. It should not tolerate unprofessional people just for the sake of not getting into trouble.

    ... hikes by replacing exceptional performance-related hikes with feel-good emails. They need to understand that if they want to retain people, they need to pay them well. In this industry, PEOPLE ARE YOUR MOST IMPORTANT ASSETS 2. Learning opportunities are fairly limited. There is less focus on professional development by imparting useful/impactful training. There is no focus on developing domain expertise. Although the senior management claims that they are "experts" in their domain, employees are least aware of nuances of any industry they claim to be experts in!

    Compensation is a demotivator; however learning is unlimited. One should negotiate very high initially before joining; post joining increment are peanuts. Favoritism is one area where they need to improve and hampers other growth.

    - Salary is credited on time. - Coffee machines are available in offices (Though very low quality) - Seniors don't beat juniors, they keeps the thing limited to insultation.

    (All the below points are based on my own experience at Evalueserve. I witnessed the following practices in my cluster, possibly the worst cluster with one of the highest attrition rate in company) - Pathetic work culture. Junior employees are treated as literal "Majdoor". Working 12+ hours a day is appreciated. - Mid senior to senior level people were some respect seeking morons. They want their subordinates to worship them as Gods. - Incompetent D or AD come up with bogus heavyweight projects with unrealistic deadlines. Analyst and Senior Analyst level people suffer, as most of the work loads are directly put on their shoulders. - Promotions and increments are only for "chaatu people", who provides special attentions and appearances to their managers. Hard work and efficiency is the second priority in year end evaluation, "chaaukarita" is prioritized most. If you are a great manager pleaser or awesome eye candy, you get a full rating, either you work or not. - If you are a woman and if you can talk sweetly to your manager, if you can go to the cafeteria with manager on an average 2 times a day, YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO ANY FURTHER OFFICE WORK. Your promotion and job security is your manager's responsibility. - The office mess provides foods worse than college hostels, rather they charge around 100 rupees for a meal. - Lacks ethical leadership, they just chase numbers and treat employees as revenue generating machines.

    Promotions are too much delayed and are biased also sometimes. Some gets in 2 years and others takes more than 3 or 4, but the standard rules says that you should complete atleast 3 years for promotion but that doesn't happen. Very very very pooor.... momentary hikes. Average is 4-5% doesn't matter how good u perform
