In this industry, PEOPLE ARE YOUR MOST IMPORTANT ASSETS 2. Learning opportunities are fairly limited. There is less focus on professional development by imparting useful/impactful training. There is no focus on developing domain expertise. Although the senior management claims that they are "experts" in their domain, employees are least aware of nuances of any industry they claim to be experts in!

Diversity of talent is a USP for Evalueserve. Focus on innovation and automation helps in challenging yourself and doing better everyday. Knowledge is lifeline to survive in Evalueserve, and while working there you will feel like you are the best knower and doer of things.

Dislikes

Compensation is a demotivator; however learning is unlimited. One should negotiate very high initially before joining; post joining increment are peanuts. Favoritism is one area where they need to improve and hampers other growth.

...in. Evalueseve is a long runner and leader in the domain as it value innovation. Salary hikes are decent enough. Talent is well recognized. Politics is not that evident however it depends from team to team. It provides work from home facility that run smooth of you are a dedicated employee. I highly recommend Evalueserve as one will get fair opportunities to grow and learn, for sure at initial levels.

Like any other company opportunities shrinks as you grow up the ladder, however job security is not an issue. Upper management could perform better when it comes to acknowledging senior folks hardwork. It should not tolerate unprofessional people just for the sake of not getting into trouble.

Skills and development, got a lot of courses. That is actually industry specific! Also the pay is as per the norms

Pathetic work culture! 3 months of notice period and the Appraisal cycle is Jan - Dec but they won't tell your rating until March! And even if work for the entire year if you resign during Jan to March, you won't get any appraisals for Jan - Dec! Not employee friendly infact it is employee exploiting policies!

You get good learning space and get the opportunity to work with big clients Team and management is good, they are approachable

...eliver all of them by evening They are facing high attrition rate due to salary Also company is facing impact of recession, so there is very less scope of salary hike this year too
