...arding good performers. Better be a below-average employee, and enjoy your life. They will still pay you the same increment as a top performer(I am one of the top performers 🤣). SO RELAX!!!! Nothing new to learn, you can join if you want to chill with nothing new and challenging coming to your door. Better focus on self-development in every way possible. Learn new skills on your own. When you try to switch, you might not be industry-ready as you have learned nothing new from the job. Few are micromanagers, and many are following the herd of sheep. And they will appreciate poor management and behavior just to retain them. Job timings are 9 am to 6 pm, but you will work till 8 pm most of the time. Enjoy WORK-LIFE BALANCE, where you will work in the time you should live your LIFE.

Here i am talking about ITC department,Very very poor management, Strict hybrid policies for only those employees who don’t have good connections to manager and vice president.for some employee they break this rule and gave permanent work from home .Manager doesn’t follow the hybrid policies even pmo team members also don’t follow them those who send the mail to follow the hybrid policies …Only values for old employees even new employee work hard and gave full contribution on project . Very less appraisal even you have done very good work throughout the year.

Never ever work in rapid research team here. Politics, favouritism will disturb your mental peace. Inspite of doing efforts still not getting appreciated because of biasness affects mental heath here. If you are good in terms with your manager then everything will ne good otherwise it will be a hell

Work culture is great overall. Peers are helpful and management is approachable.

Compensation is below par in some areas. Sometimes there are uncertainties with projects, which can lead you to be moved around to different teams which badly impacts year end performance reviews,

Skills and development, got a lot of courses. That is actually industry specific! Also the pay is as per the norms

Pathetic work culture! 3 months of notice period and the Appraisal cycle is Jan - Dec but they won't tell your rating until March! And even if work for the entire year if you resign during Jan to March, you won't get any appraisals for Jan - Dec! Not employee friendly infact it is employee exploiting policies!
