Management is arrogant, retention rate is very less, many key people from the team has left due to this arrogant behaviour of management.

The company has very good training programs in place. This are just a gimmick, they will make you create financial models from scratch give you live projects for two months so that you get in to a trap with no option of going back.

... dont want to do this, you can search for options outside and put your papers. We will pay you 90 days salary. GAME OVER!! Dont fall prey to this cheap tactics, which the company has adopted recently. Not a single word mentioned above is a lie. People with 5-6 years experience are trapped. There are no perks the company charges you for everything including parking even. Only tea, coffee, water is free. You pay for your insurance also from your salary :D :D Don't sell your dreams and careers to this gimmick!!

...k (except few verticals) 6) Some managers/leaders are low on Emotional Quotient. 7) Cafeteria food is below average 8) No cab facilities (except for women in dark hours) 9) Not so professional culture (chill environment comes at the cost of professionalism) 10) No free parking spot for employees (Need to pay 1200 bucks to reserve a spot on a monthly basis)

Here i am talking about ITC department,Very very poor management, Strict hybrid policies for only those employees who don’t have good connections to manager and vice president.for some employee they break this rule and gave permanent work from home .Manager doesn’t follow the hybrid policies even pmo team members also don’t follow them those who send the mail to follow the hybrid policies …Only values for old employees even new employee work hard and gave full contribution on project . Very less appraisal even you have done very good work throughout the year.

Never ever work in rapid research team here. Politics, favouritism will disturb your mental peace. Inspite of doing efforts still not getting appreciated because of biasness affects mental heath here. If you are good in terms with your manager then everything will ne good otherwise it will be a hell
