Job security, initial salary hike when we join the firm and moderate work balance

Promotions are too much delayed and are biased also sometimes. Some gets in 2 years and others takes more than 3 or 4, but the standard rules says that you should complete atleast 3 years for promotion but that doesn't happen. Very very very pooor.... momentary hikes. Average is 4-5% doesn't matter how good u perform

Skills and development, got a lot of courses. That is actually industry specific! Also the pay is as per the norms

Pathetic work culture! 3 months of notice period and the Appraisal cycle is Jan - Dec but they won't tell your rating until March! And even if work for the entire year if you resign during Jan to March, you won't get any appraisals for Jan - Dec! Not employee friendly infact it is employee exploiting policies!

You get good learning space and get the opportunity to work with big clients Team and management is good, they are approachable

...eliver all of them by evening They are facing high attrition rate due to salary Also company is facing impact of recession, so there is very less scope of salary hike this year too

The company doesn't ask too many reasons when leaves are informed in advance. They are extremely professional and friendly.

...rk according to my interests. They don't offer too much appraisal or promotions. It seems like they don't care much about existing employee's compensation.

They offer good compensation but all other things are terrible, no work life balance, you'll have to work for 11-12 hours, still your seniors will exploits you in the every way possible.

CAPS-07, this is the worst and pathetic department, don't ever think to join this company, if you're getting this department.
