I like the environment of the office.And as a fresher i think it is a good opportunity to learn about the application.

I think there is a terrible team.There is no team work at all. And the higher position employer feels like owner of the company.And one of the worst part is there is no training session.Directly they will allot you some job and they don't even help you as fresher.They just want the task done.
