I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Dislikes

I joined this company just to learn the things because I came from a different industry but never felt how time passed as compensation is ok but growth is too slow, the work pressure is very high. Boss never valued an individuals unique strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do recieve appreciation mails from my clients, but they mostly go un noticed during my mid-year appraisals.
