Very good company to work. Decent culture, job security is here. Very conscious about each employees health related matters. MD is considering every one as his family member. Very nice colleagues. Salary & Benefits for existing employees is little bit lower than other companies. If you are joining with good salary you can work here for a life time .

...his company ! They doesn't pay expenses of previous month after the resignation. They will tell you that your during your settlement you will get all the expenses and salary which is in hold . But eventually you won't be able to get any money.

Nothing else.very poor management. All useless staff . Partialities between internal departments employees .

...ts All rights and action authority depends on manager.shame on all these too. Low salary offered Worst policies . Female employees staff more than male but only do work for their selfish . No any employee engagement and welfare activities.

Products are excellent quality. Distribution network is good. Dealer Reach is excellent. Company is into very good growth.

Company has not a policy. Frequently changes in policies. No schemes for dealers. Compensation and benefits to employees are very very poor specially for sales team. For old employees who are working with company since last 3-4 years are less benefits. Internal promotion policy is not there. People hired from other companies are directly promoted to senior level then People who are already working since 3-4 years. Biasness in appraisal.MD is one man army. In decision making he doesn't listen to senior management. Very confused MD. Only thinks about his personal profit like Baniya. MD is baniya.

...istake then these people. Will target you and through you out from this company. The salary date is not stable here so dont even think about paying your EMI on time.. If you want a good and secure job never ever go to this company. THIS IS A FAMILY BUSSINESS ORGANISATION. If you work for more than 8 years then only you will get a promotion and the leave structure is very bad. You cant socilise with your socity if you work here because the weekly off is on Thursdays just forget about sundays This company is suitable only for the Trainees who just get graduate from collage and the people who worked priorly in contract basis and in very very small compnies these people can make some experiance here and get out...... DONT EVER THINK OR PLAN YOUR RETIREMENT WITH THIS COMPANY The HR in here is not for Human Relation but for Human Resistance So its an humple request to the exprienced and people from high profile compnies that dont get fall in to this RAT HOLE you will lose every thing Even there is no proper way of keeping an employee here if they dont need an employee here then they will just Whatsap you tha " Tomrrow onwards dont dome to office you are terminated" and your PF every other thing will be closed in a matter of time but if you put an resignation here then they will make you an elastic guy....
