...e should listen to our bosses. Job security is low no up skilling, even after. CTC offfer letter given we get less salary every month. No shift Allowances. Only buttering employee can be long term employee

To attract employees they offer good package but there is no job security.

Dislikes

There is no job security at any point of time they fire employees with out prior notice and waste management. May be for freshers it suitable for experience employees who worked other corporates it is waste.

...a favour of only hand picked people. Only there are able to grow in programs. 4. Poor appraisal like 4% - 7% even though ur salary is very less than other folks in the same program. 5. Don't join this company by looking in colorful numbers in ur offer Letter. Don't lose ur future.

Salary and appraisal are good. Free lunch and cab.

Technologies are old. Work is more. Leave is very less. Salary comes on time but no proper clarity. HRs handling fiance and PF don't answer properly. Work life balance is okay but sometimes bad.

Nothing, they lure you into the organisation showing all rosy picture, once you're in, you will see people leaving within 3 month of their joining, EVERYONE is dissatisfied!! It is horrible. At the time of joining, I clearly asked the Country Head that they have horrbile employee reviews on Glassdoor and Ambition box, he ensured me nothing to worry about! I asked for Job security etc, I was ensured everything positive. The woman that works under him, she made my life living hell. Always unclear about what were expectations of my job profile.. never heard a proper answer and defined job responsibilities. I tried to keep on reaching out to her for queries, concerns, guidance! NOTHING!!!! I received nothing as an answer, I was just left unattended.

Now she has asked me to resign.. why? because I don't engage with people? I am doing a good job and am approachable by everyone I want to work with, when I ask her about my shortcoming.. there is a constant answer- " You don't talk to people". My job profile was changed multiple times, everyone at lower levels have horribly low understanding of working and you being a senior manager still have to do daily operations! Please do not listen to anyone when they lure you into the company, find another job you will ruin your career. Plus the top management men are horrible, they flirt with you in a meeting full of people, will call you under pretext of work and then will just not disconnect the call, if you disconnect they will keep on calling you, but you cannot highlight this to your manager because she is least bothered. HATED WORKING HERE, Biggest regret of my career.
