Biggest project in the Company is going through restructuring and they are laying off people. Top management never agrees to the fact that they are laying off. One day they will come and force you to resign so that they can protray that they are not laying off instead employees are resigining.

Eurofins feels stuck, recently more emphasis on infra projects. Salary hike , promotions are hard to come..HR and Leadership seems disconnected. Senior leadership has no meaningful work, just happy holding to their stagnant positions for paycheck with influence.

1.On time salary, but sometimes delays by 1/ 2 days. 2.Free lunch and snacks 3.Cab facility.

1. Full of miss management. 2.No growth. 3.hire and fire organisation, 0 planning before recruitment. 4.Old technologies 5. 0 work-life balance. 6. Politics 7. most of the time need work all 30 days in the month.

Appraisal is quite low. Currently cost cutting is hampering a lot on company level benefits which used to be the key point to join this organisation

Company became too worse day by day. It's no more a product based company. Company culture spoiled alot. Recently many people are being fired. Even some of high profiles like SD, MD are fired. It's going in loss and people still trying to fake employees by giving fake hope.

.... Job security is 0. 4. Annual appraisal is very bad. 5. No on-site opportunity. No hike no appraisal. 6. 15 years 20 years experienced employees who doesn't even interested in learning new technologies very willing to spend their rest of their life this stupid technologies like vb.net wpf 7. I request anyone to not join this company for any reason and spoil your life.
