As the work culture and job security they very terrible at that. Hr policies are worst here. All the head and management people are here since a long time, they dont know how corporate work and they want to make you believe you are a labourer.

Work Pressure is mostly less but highly depends on the boss, people are good and cooperative,

Not much learning Job security totally depends on your bosses recommendation HR is slow like snail Appraisals promised will never be served One lady joined from syngene as director is a big liar, manipulator, politician and what not for getting her things done she can ruin you and your career in front of the management and they believe not in you but in your boss.

Local politics and seniors like me need to work more than 12 hours and at least 4 to 5 hours during weekend days of Saturday and Sunday.

Management promotes only their favourite. No career growth. Some very senior employes are doing juniors work. Management lacks vision. Pathetic investment in technology. Performance Appraisal is worst. Doesnt matter whether you have done good work. Management only promotes their favourite.

Everything dmpk department. There's a black sheep his name has meaning good lesson he ain't a good person he is a mentally unfit demonic person. He speaks about inappropriate movies during working hours no respect for any colleagues so don't join this company he makes u resign position if u speak against him or if u speak for yourself first of all that department head should listen what's going in department not only work this they r neglecting so one day surely they all will know the prize and worth of neglecting complains of this monster.
