Nothing as such...only salary on first working day is good thing

Dirty politics all over. Senior people are literally playing with everyone's career. No proper HR system and Job security is a joke. Spending lacs or money for senior people's international visits(without any agenda) and blame game is everyone. Hiring and firing is a fashion here for 1-5 years experience cader candidates. And being an European company,such level of hierarchical culture as well as full of dual face people accross the senior management level is unexpected

...less. 4) Overtime not there and still they expect employees to work extra hours. 5) Manager level people come to attend meeting and eating only no work with good salary and package.

As the work culture and job security they very terrible at that. Hr policies are worst here. All the head and management people are here since a long time, they dont know how corporate work and they want to make you believe you are a labourer.

If you are a hard working person also and they know that you need to justify everyday.

No job security. People applying for HR dept ...think before you apply. Sheeba will play with your feelings and job.Sacking people, with out any reason. Practical,she as no ethics and knowledge as HR. Policy differs, based on sheeba like and dislike. Gender bias. Preference is more for North and Kerala people for employment. CEO as no role to play ,it's only Sheeba's decision. Many people regrate to work under Sheeba. There is no one to to take action on her,as CRO supports her decision.

Work Pressure is mostly less but highly depends on the boss, people are good and cooperative,

Not much learning Job security totally depends on your bosses recommendation HR is slow like snail Appraisals promised will never be served One lady joined from syngene as director is a big liar, manipulator, politician and what not for getting her things done she can ruin you and your career in front of the management and they believe not in you but in your boss.
