No festival/national holidays, Canteen food facilities is not good as it should be. Management is poor in some areas. Appraisal/promotion is poor.

Very bad work culture, no career growth, unskilled Manager and leaders. Worst company in Gandhinagar and Gujarat. They take 30,000 ₹ as a bond for one year. This company is like a fraud their only aim to loot 30,000 from every freshers who joins this company. After join this company this company prove you to give resignation once you give resignation they will not return your money. Bharat Verma is worst and unskilled Manager in Whole Gujarat. Don't choose this company you will kill your skills, time, mental peace, physical health and career growth here and gain nothing.
