I like the fact that i am part of team that markets reliable,high quality n best performance product. As a result ,I get to tavel abroad,esspecially to Gorakhpur,lucknow ,ilahabad and karnataka in india. Coz of this small scale industries i learn various types of works.like realted to machenical,instrumentation,marketing,electrical,electronics

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high coz managment's politics. Sometimes ,i have to work 10-11hours but managment not has value for this work,senior manager and top managment people do not value an individuals' unique strenghts,which is whg i have to take back mh suggestions most of time.because of high lavel politics people play each other seniors folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain something

The best part of my previous job was salary and compensation. Employees got paid as per their hard work and overtime. MD of the company personally monitored each one's work quality. Also getting holiday was never an issue at all. Diwali bonus, monthly incentives, team outings are the lovely things I got to experience. Saturday half day working was the cherry on pie.

Dislikes

Work load was too much. However if you learn to manage your time, you hard work reflects and you get paid accordingly. Company needs help with managing everything, Otherwise the company is a great place.
