No because there is not a team to handle greveanc Salary not in time and not a working culture Direct Sales person in such organisation are a key element but the company and seniors are not treated properly Training person are also very waste person in delhi region bcz they don't know how can trained? No working culture provide by the company no holiday no tea no water is the basic problems face by everyone in company

I learned many things like systematic, How to behaviour customer & coworkers, mainly I developed my skills, salary is less but benefits of other category & managing life. I feel soo bad leaved Eureka forbes. Eureka Forbes has now most developed company. Some BP doing mistakes it will affect company.

Company policies are age old, not flexible. And not employee friendly. Affecting the employee satisfaction more after Takeover by new Company. Even after speaking to Ex employees, one comes to know that work life balance is very very bad.
