I learned many things like systematic, How to behaviour customer & coworkers, mainly I developed my skills, salary is less but benefits of other category & managing life. I feel soo bad leaved Eureka forbes. Eureka Forbes has now most developed company. Some BP doing mistakes it will affect company.

Dislikes

Company is good most unliked is internal some coworkers doing politics & favours. No motivation to employee not performing person. Politics between Employee & Same as Business partner.

Old age people in Sales Div. in Eureka Forbes Ltd as doesn't let happen to groom to youth as this is reasom being biggest trouble with Eureka Forbes Ltd. and hence compny hasn't been unable to strive best perform in Market.

... Forbes is terrible for youth's sales & Marketing as choiced by professional . Old age Sales people are taking their salary as pension scheme from Eureka Forbes Ltd. despite least bother about company endeaviours. Hence company jas been fail to strive best perform into Market.

Dislikes

Company policies are age old, not flexible. And not employee friendly. Affecting the employee satisfaction more after Takeover by new Company. Even after speaking to Ex employees, one comes to know that work life balance is very very bad.

No because there is not a team to handle greveanc Salary not in time and not a working culture Direct Sales person in such organisation are a key element but the company and seniors are not treated properly Training person are also very waste person in delhi region bcz they don't know how can trained? Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
