The company provides very lowest part of basic salary. Due to this candidates suffers for further growth or hike. Company giving huge incentives according to its targets but incentives not considered in the other companies. They give hike according to basic salary. So company should have to enhance basic part.

Low salary and not fix salary and there new system call not connect with the customer If it's connect customer check and ignore the call because it's call from the company we will call many times then customer pic the call I think it's a waste
