Compensation is not very decent in to days context.Career Growth prospect is pretty slow.I feel Promotion process is also very slow.Work Load is adequate to enhance Work Life Balance.

I learned many things like systematic, How to behaviour customer & coworkers, mainly I developed my skills, salary is less but benefits of other category & managing life. I feel soo bad leaved Eureka forbes. Eureka Forbes has now most developed company. Some BP doing mistakes it will affect company.

Company is good most unliked is internal some coworkers doing politics & favours. No motivation to employee not performing person. Politics between Employee & Same as Business partner.

Company policies are age old, not flexible. And not employee friendly. Affecting the employee satisfaction more after Takeover by new Company. Even after speaking to Ex employees, one comes to know that work life balance is very very bad.
