I learned many things like systematic, How to behaviour customer & coworkers, mainly I developed my skills, salary is less but benefits of other category & managing life. I feel soo bad leaved Eureka forbes. Eureka Forbes has now most developed company. Some BP doing mistakes it will affect company.

Company is good most unliked is internal some coworkers doing politics & favours. No motivation to employee not performing person. Politics between Employee & Same as Business partner.

Company policies are age old, not flexible. And not employee friendly. Affecting the employee satisfaction more after Takeover by new Company. Even after speaking to Ex employees, one comes to know that work life balance is very very bad.

If you can't achieve target of company you will not get salary and if you complete norms then you will get cherry with cake

Training is good,salary good but services are very low categary, and company is not take responsibilities. co.focus only sales that point is very nagative to sales. So I have left Eureka forbes

Making a verry good salesman/executive Eureka Forbes is perfect platform.i also like their training and customer appointment, show company's product demo system, customer convenience system, all work of a sales executive.

This company's bad side are salary system they no have any basic salary If Employee gived to company less than 1lakh rupees business then the employee not get minimum salary. And their job security,career growth,work life balance all are very poor.
