Company is not a proper word for ems, It's more like BANIYA KI DUKAN (JUST BIG IN SIZE) , FAMILY OWNED ,ONLY RELATIVES OF CURRENT EMPLOYEES CAN SURVIVE HERE.

***No fix time of salary,if you ask for it,you are the Target now.*** No growth parameters. Fake commitments by Leadership team. No hierarchy ,any one in system can directly call and question anyone.
