There is nothing to like as experience was horrible. This job is only good for freshers who want experience for the bare minimum salary.

...humiliate employees publicly. Tls micromanage and also leave policy is very bad. Basically you work for 12 hrs everyday and also on weekends if mandatory for the bare minimum salary. No extra pay for OT. No appraisals or promotions except when you resign.

..., company gives enough leave to each employee but we cannot utilize our leaves .if there is any urgent case or medical issue they marks as unplanned leave or loss of pay ,either you have enough PL or sick leave or not.

Company provides learning opportunities with Cloud academy, Coursera and other popular course platforms.

Dislikes

Since company provides the courses but the behavior of managers and TL are like Master slave arch.. and They will not allow to study that courses provided by company. HR will not respond unless u put a notice, otherwise they will not help any things...

Teammates are supportive and friendly.

Management doesn't address our issues. Appraisals are not fair and work pressure is at it's peaks you would feel as your in school and our TL's are the teacher's 🤣....and we need to stretch back on daily basis to complete our work like we work work for 12 hours per day and we won't get any family time

People who believe in the concept of "You stratch my back, i'll scratch yours" are the only ones who prosper here. Like the boots and Rise upwards is the Mantra. Not a single thing to be liked here. all Dislikes
