The Management is very nice and the working culture also impressive. But some people are not good un this company. Because of them most of the staff giving negative feedback and it's very bad for the Company.

I like to work in Etihad because of the benefits, new knowledge, and experience that I can use on my next opportunity in the future. and I love to meet some nationalities and meet some new friends.

Dislikes

there's a lot of politics inside the catering. and i think I've been shown all of my best to this company but I didn't get any promotion. me and my other co-workers sacrificing our health to work inside the chiller for fish item.and in the last few months we work 14-18 hours straight in a day and they cancel my day off due to lack of staff.that was before but now nobody knows our sacrifice up to now.and they give an Indian chef in charge in butchery without any knowledge in butchery. he loves to give pressure on his staff and he blames all the mistakes without any investigation and action. instead of helping of his staff he pushing and he give more pressure. please nake an action for this
