Superior inferior mentality towards the junior staffs and I think it’s a kind of racism in my opinion , sometimes we feel very bad about the behavior of counter staffs towards to the ramp staffs

No direction , no consistency in decisions , No growth, no salary increments from last 10 years , no clarity where company is heading , people are biased & lot of favoritism , too much politics

I were worked under ground flight operation, but under this ground department salary scale is different ,also the transformation period they are not measured employee competency/ability for the job😔

Working at Etihad Airways is a dream come true and a life changer for me. I really loved the work and my performance managers were very supportive and assisted me throughout my journey with Etihad. The managers I flew with were all amazing and fun to work with and I got to learn alot from them. The training facilities and the trainers are one of the best that I have have experienced till date. I considered myself very lucky to be trained and working on A380 in Etihad.It was a huge and very crew friendly aircraft. I loved my rosters and couldn't wait at the end of the month to see which new destination am I going to fly next month even though some destinations were repeated and some were turnaround flight but were still exciting for me. Given an opportunity, I would definitely like myself to be back in that amazing Brown jacket and trouser along with my Cabin Senior Tie and fly with Etihad once again. ####Always Love Etihad Airways#####.

... because I actually have to wonder if there were any dislikes about the airline. However, I would say that the salary was very good including the flying allowance but the only thing which was missing was the bonus every year. Apart from that,I felt it was indeed a pleasure to fly with World's leading Cabin Crew and Airline.

Good good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
