Nothing is good at this place, I'll pray for the worst of this company. In pandemic they fired me without any notice and have not given me any of my salary. Request to all AVOID WORKING WITH ETHOS

Management is hell bad, it's a LALA company, don't expect any good environment if you try with ethos watches. They say to give good incentives but they don't. They hold your incentives and cut a part of incentives.

Well, a growing company with lots of potential both with the market and with the stakes at play should have a great vision and Ethos definitely has one. They have their eyes set on the goal and determined to reach there.

Now, to execute the vision the mission terrible fails. Terribly. The top management adopts the technique of ‘slavery. What you are served on a daily basis is mindless arguments, senseless expectations, politics that are second to none and many others which aptly sum up to “Imperialism “. No wonder the attrition is so high. And that’s why it’s known as “ hire and fire company”. One will feel under confident being a part of the team. They are experts in making you feel so. Have to mention the 6 months timeline to clear your F&F also. If pathetic has a superlative then it has to be this.

Learning everything right from store management to visual merchandising to making POS related transactions. Workload was heavy but starting a store from right from construction to opening was an amazing experience

Nothing as such. Sometimes workload was there but compensated through meals and coming late the next day

Job security is there Earlier the work culture was very friendly but from lay 4 years everything is changed and more of admin work is introduced apart from sales

Dislikes

Compliance is the only thing which I dislike these things can be done in the system as well, but here everything is hand written and it is actually a pain feels like we are working for a government

NO JOB SECURITY - People are laid off with no valid reasons. No Career growth, No learning, The company does not want to experiment new strategies to grow and do better. Really less number of leaves. Internal team politics, No cafeteria or pantry- you would need to sit on your desk and eat.
