The lack of staff support, coupled with unreasonable deadlines and impractical timelines, will only tarnish your career. The company's promises to clients might sound impressive, but in reality, they squeeze out negligible agency commissions, leaving employees to toil without proper resources. Their organizational structure is a mess – no processes, clueless management, and paid directors who are oblivious to the paid media business. It's a client centric company. If client has any unrealistic deadline, the management agrees and ask the employees to work on it and deliver and not question the client. Roles, responsibility and team structure are not defined. Half of the management are not skilled enough for their position Low manpower in most of the department
