It's almost as if we used to enjoy a sense of camaraderie within the team. Sadly, that ship has sailed due to the overwhelming pressure from management.

Dislikes

Pointing fingers, power plays, playing favorites, putting stock in gossip, piling on tasks for top performers until they throw in the towel. Incompetent leadership, their go-to fix is a reorg whenever things go south. Root cause analysis? Never heard of it.

Avoid this company at all costs! If you're considering a senior position here, think twice – you'll find yourself working like an intern. The lack of staff support, coupled with unreasonable deadlines and impractical timelines, will only tarnish your career. The company's promises to clients might sound impressive, but in reality, they squeeze out negligible agency commissions, leaving employees to toil without proper resources. Their organizational structure is a mess – no processes, clueless management, and paid directors who are oblivious to the paid media business. The head of digital marketing doesn't even grasp basic concepts like CTR or CPM. Don't be lured in by their big dreams; this company is a recipe for disaster.

It's a client centric company. If client has any unrealistic deadline, the management agrees and ask the employees to work on it and deliver and not question the client. Roles, responsibility and team structure are not defined. Half of the management are not skilled enough for their position Low manpower in most of the department
