I used to work in this company. They recruited me as a fresher, however they expect me work as an experienced employee that too with minimum wage.

...yone is wearing inappropriate dresses at office which according to them is cool. They don't give salary on time which is very disgusting.

On-time salary. 9-6 or 10-7 work timings. Saturday-Sunday fixed off. Everything else is just too bad. This place is hard to recommend.

My time at Ethane was marred by unprofessionalism and incompetence at various levels. Arjeeta, the HR, proved utterly incompetent. She consistently failed to share imp documents on time. Her handling of the leave policy was inconsistent, with frequent deviations from the established guidelines. The HR has a tendency to make fake promises during the recruitment process, only to deny it later. This blatant lack of integrity has left many employees feeling deceived. Some individuals in the company (including the HR) are there solely because they are footlickers. This favoritism resulted in a toxic work environment. The management's unprofessionalism and Arjeeta's questionable practices drove away the entire old team, who sought better work environment. The CEO lacks knowledge and frequently tries to micromanage. This leads to inefficiency, as decisions are made without considering the insights and expertise of the employees. In short, my experience at Ethane was disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of the management and the incompetence of the HR.

It has been a year since I joined Ethane. Company culture is very good and company policies are good for all employees and they give salary timely. The director's nature is very friendly with all employees.

I have been working with Ethane Web Technologies for the past two years and i must say that the work environment here is fantastic. From the moment i joined here, i felt welcomed and supported by my seniors and colleagues. The company truly value collaboration and team work, which creates a positive work environment. The office space is well designed and equipped. The management team is approachable and encourage open communication making it easy to share ideas. Overall the work environment at Ethane Web Technologies is top notch and i fell fortunate to be part of such suppoted and insipiring workplace.

I can honestly say that i have had a truly exceptional experience working at Ethane Web Technologies, and I can't think of a single thing to dislike about this company.

I have been working here for the last one month and since then till now i have been a great experience so far and on the another hand i must say that staff is very perfect, Trainers are excellent who guide us on time, Hr is very polite in nature and cooperative too, colleagues are well behaved.
