...nus since last 7 years, I do agree there is career growth and work satisfaction. Compensation what I got till now , I am very happy with it.

Company is known mostly for Salesforce, would really loved to hear more on Mircrosoft part. opportunities for microsoft people is less compare to salesforce people.

Nothing to like. Heard from people sometimes they got good package from company.

I was working alone in project .. they will try to put pressure of 2 person on one to save their budgets. Project start with 2 ppl after 10 days they removed one .. I was left for entire period alone. Secondly my mom was hospitalized in covid 2nd wave .. I was working they are not ready for single leave. It was the situation where first time I got -ve feedback from manager just because I asked for leave and request for this week to work for 9 hours They suppressed alot. Company is made of people if they Will do such .. no employee would be happy. No job security.. they don't hv bench they don't hire for specific. They put you anywhere, wherever is vacancy else put u on PIP .. if you put paper they got your substitute they give u approval for next .. if not than you hv to served notice period. I saw ppl cry in this company.. sometimes me Also.. lol In front of me , many people resigned who was working they was not happy at all in most of cases. Those people was okay who was working with good client of them but still they have alot work pressure

Compensation is good at eternus. Salary hike is considerably high compared to other competitors.

Dislikes

Project size is too small. They are using old technology stacks and randomly trying out new technologies with very brief technical analysis. You hardly get opportunity to explore in-depth technical stack, because when you start going to that depth, you get switched to some other project or technology. This company at all does not have any onsite opportunity.

Management does not value employees.no job security.Salary is for namesake.Your supposed to work for atleast 12 hours daily including some weekends too.Then too b mentally prepared to be fired anytym as per management's decision.Management is worst.

Everyone is always supportive, the work culture is amazing

Learning scope is very less however its up to you how you will learn net technologies & grow yourself. But for the salesforce people this is the best organization.
