The company provides moderate compensation and benefits. I love their strict regulations and policies. In R&D work time is maintained properly. Just before the lockdown company laid off 50% of R&D strength. They are not supporting at all during this period.

The company preferred to have poor quality candidates with lower CTC. Management do not give importance to the people with chemistry background. Also management is not open to research and innovation, therefore it is difficult to improve skills and knowledge. They are not open to accept people from different region. Dislikes
