All things are terrible, they will never gives you leaves & incentive . Always make you fool through the year you not have done by this way or anything. will say its hybrid but make pressure come office all the day and when you want work from home need to provide them a justification for each things even need to provide justification for leaves. Specially Rohit raman is culprit in india who makes your life worst everyday.

In my experience, Etek International has a toxic work culture and offers very limited opportunities for learning and growth. The company's environment is not conducive to professional development, and I found it difficult to advance or improve my skills there. I would not recommend it as a place to build a career.

There's nothing good in the company as it has Poor Work Life balance and Benefits, No appraisal at all. no one in the history of this company ever gets Variable component. Only known persons of management will get promotions. Nepotism is at its peak over her. You never know when company might feel they're in losses overnight and next day they'll ask you to resign and if you don't do it they'll threaten you that they'll spoil career. There's no skill development. No learning at all. This company is a scam, Fraud, Plague.

Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
