The work culture is very nice, it feels that you are working in hour familiy. Regular trainings are held. Increments and promotions are given on regular basis. Above all, work pressure is low which gives you enough time and happy mind so that you can enjoy your personal life as well. Job security is good. If you want surve whole life to a single company, the Mistubishi should be your choice. Overall a good company. I surve 5 years to Mitsubushi.
